Ensure the item is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation inside the package. Share photo if requested by the agent.


Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will initiate the refund process.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
