MCP73831 IC – (SMD SOT-23 Package) – Li-ion Battery Charger IC

212.40
The MCP73831 devices are highly advanced linear charge management controllers for use in spacelimited, cost-sensitive applications. The MCP73831 are available in an 8-Lead, 2 mm x 3 mm DFN package or a 5-Lead, SOT-23 package. Along with their small physical size, the low number of external components required make the MCP73831 ideally suited for portable applications. For applications charging from a USB port, the MCP73831 adhere to all the specifications governing the USB power bus. The MCP73831 employ a constant-current/constant voltage charge algorithm with selectable preconditioning and charge termination. The constant voltage regulation is fixed with four available options: 4.20V, 4.35V, 4.40V or 4.50V, to accommodate new, emerging battery charging requirements. The constant current value is set with one external resistor. The MCP73831 devices limit the charge current based on die temperature during high power or high ambient conditions. This thermal regulation optimizes the charge cycle time while maintaining device reliability. Several options are available for the preconditioning threshold, preconditioning current value, charge termination value and automatic recharge threshold. The preconditioning value and charge termination value are set as a ratio or percentage of the programmed constant current value. Preconditioning can be disabled The MCP73831 devices are fully specified over the ambient temperature range of -40?C to +85?C.

MCT2E Optocoupler Phototransistor IC DIP-6 Package

17.11
The MCTE  is an Industry Standard Single Channel Photo transistor. Each optocoupler consists of gallium arsenide infrared LED and a silicon NPN photo transistor. These couplers are Underwriters Laboratories (UL) listed to comply with a 5300 VRMS isolation test voltage. This isolation performance is accomplished through double molding isolation manufacturing process. Compliance to DIN EN 60747-5-2(VDE0884)/ DIN EN 60747-5-5 pending partial discharge isolation specification is available for these families by ordering option 1. These isolation processes and the ISO 9001 quality program results in the highest isolation performance available for a commercial plastic photo transistor optocoupler. The devices are available in lead formed configuration suitable for surface mounting and are available either on tape and reel, or in standard tube shipping containers.

MCT6 IC – Dual Phototransistor Optocoupler IC

28.32
The MCT6 Optocouplers have two channels for density applications. For four channel applications, two-packages fit into a standard 16-pin DIP socket. Each channel is an NPN silicon planar photo transistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode.

MCT62 IC – Dual Channel Phototransistor Optocoupler IC

The MCT62 Optocouplers have two channels for density applications. For four channel applications, two-packages fit into a standard 16-pin DIP socket. Each channel is an NPN silicon planar photo transistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode.

MIC29302 – (SMD TO-263 Package) – LDO Voltage Regulator

212.40
The MIC29302 are high current, high accuracy, low dropout voltage regulators. Using Microchip?s proprietary Super ?eta PNP process with a PNP pass element, these regulators feature 350 mV to 425 mV (full load) typical dropout voltages and very low ground current. Designed for high current loads, these devices also find applications in lower current, extremely low dropout-critical systems, where their tiny dropout voltage and ground current values are important attributes. The MIC29302 are fully protected against over current faults, reversed input polarity, reversed lead insertion, over temperature operation, and positive and negative transient voltage spikes. Five pin fixed-voltage versions feature logic level ON/OFF control and an error flag that signals whenever the output falls out of regulation. Flagged states include low input voltage (dropout), output current limit, over temperature shutdown, and extremely high voltage spikes on the input. The MIC29302  are available in 3-pin and 5-pin TO-220 and surface mount TO-263 (D2Pak) packages.

MIC4576-5BU IC – Step Down Regulator IC

289.10
The MIC4576 is a series of easy-to-use fixed and adjustable BiCMOS step-down (buck) switch-mode voltage regulators. The 200 kHz MIC4576 duplicates the pinout and function of the 52 kHz LM2576. The higher switching frequency may allow up to a 2:1 reduction in output filter inductor size. The MIC4576 is available in 3.3V, and 5V fixed output versions or a 1.23V to 33V adjustable output version. Both versions are capable of driving a 3A load with excellent line and load regulation. The feedback voltage is guaranteed to ?2% tolerance for adjustable versions, and the output voltage is guaranteed to ?3% for fixed versions, within specified voltages and load conditions. The oscillator frequency is guaranteed to ?10%. In Shutdown mode, the regulator draws less than 200 ?A shutdown current. The regulator performs cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown for protection under fault conditions. This series of simple switch-mode regulators requires a minimum number of external components and can operate using a standard series of inductors. Frequency compensation is provided internally. The MIC4576 is available in TO-220 (T) and TO-263 (U) packages for the industrial temperature range.
