SG3524 Regulating Pulse Width Modulator IC DIP-16 Package

24.78
SG3524 incorporate all the functions required in the construction of a regulating power supply, inverter, or switching regulator on a single chip. It can be used as the control element for high-power-output applications. SG3524 was designed for switching regulators of either polarity, transformer-coupled dc-to-dc converters, transformerless voltage doublers, and polarity-converter applications employing fixed-frequency, pulse-width modulation (PWM) techniques. The complementary output allows either single-ended or push-pull application. Each device includes an on-chip regulator, error amplifier, programmable oscillator, pulse-steering flip-flop, two uncommitted pass transistors, a high-gain comparator, and current-limiting and shutdown circuitry.

SG3525 Pulse Width Modulation Controller IC DIP-16 Package

49.56
The SG3525A pulse width modulator control circuit offers improved performance and lower external parts count when implemented for controlling all types of switching power supplies. The on?chip +5.1 V reference is trimmed to 1% and the error amplifier has an input common?mode voltage range that includes the reference voltage, thus eliminating the need for external divider resistors. A sync input to the oscillator enables multiple units to be slaved or a single unit to be synchronized to an external system clock. A wide range of deadtime can be programmed by a single resistor connected between the CT and Discharge pins. This device also features built?in soft?start circuitry, requiring only an external timing capacitor. A shutdown pin controls both the soft?start circuitry and the output stages, providing instantaneous turn off through the PWM latch with pulsed shutdown, as well as soft?start recycle with longer shutdown commands. The under voltage lockout inhibits the outputs and the changing of the soft?start capacitor when VCC is below nominal. The output stages are totem?pole design capable of sinking and sourcing in excess of 200 mA. The output stage of the SG3525A features NOR logic resulting in a low output for an off?state.

TC4420 IC – 6A High-speed MOSFET Driver IC

143.96
The TC4420 is 6A (peak), single-output MOSFET drivers. The TC4420 is a non-inverting driver. These drivers are fabricated in CMOS for lower power and more efficient operation versus bipolar drivers. Both devices have TTL/CMOS compatible inputs that can be driven as high as VDD + 0.3V or as low as ?5V without upset or damage to the device. This eliminates the need for external level-shifting circuitry and its associated cost and size. The output swing is rail-to-rail, ensuring better drive voltage margin, especially during power-up/power-down sequencing. Propagational delay time is only 55 ns (typ.) and the output rise and fall times are only 25 ns (typ.) into 2500 pF across the usable power supply range. Unlike other drivers, the TC4420 is virtually latch-up proof. They replace three or more discrete components, saving PCB area, parts and improving overall system reliability.

TC4427 IC – Power MOSFET Driver IC

132.16
The TC4427 is improved versions of the earlier TC4427 family of MOSFET drivers. The TC4427 devices have matched rise and fall times when charging and discharging the gate of a MOSFET. These devices are highly latch-up resistant under any conditions within their power and voltage ratings. They are not subject to damage when up to 5V of noise spiking (of either polarity) occurs on the ground pin. They can accept, without damage or logic upset, up to 500 mA of reverse current (of either polarity) being forced back into their outputs. All terminals are fully protected against Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) up to 2.0 kV. The TC4427 MOSFET drivers can easily charge/discharge 1000 pF gate capacitances in under 30 ns. These devices provide low enough impedances in both the On and Off states to ensure the MOSFET?s intended state is not affected, even by large transients. Other compatible drivers are the TC4427A family of devices. The TC4427A devices have matched leading and falling edge input-to-output delay times, in addition to the matched rise and fall times of the TC4427 devices.

TC7660 IC – Charge Pump DC to DC Voltage Converter IC

60.18
The TC7660 device is a pin-compatible replacement for the industry standard 7660 charge pump voltage converter. It converts a +1.5V to +10V input to a corresponding -1.5V to -10V output using only two low-cost capacitors, eliminating inductors and their associated cost, size and electromagnetic interference (EMI). The on-board oscillator operates at a nominal frequency of 10 kHz. Operation below 10 kHz (for lower supply current applications) is possible by connecting an external capacitor from OSC to ground. The TC7660 is available in 8-Pin PDIP, 8-Pin Small Outline (SOIC) and 8-Pin CERDIP packages in commercial and extended temperature ranges.

TC7662 IC – Charge Pump DC to DC Voltage Converter IC

135.70
The TC7662A is a pin-compatible upgrade to the industry standard TC7660 charge pump voltage converter. It converts a +3V to +18V input to a corresponding -3V to -18V output using only two low cost capacitors, eliminating inductors and their associated cost, size and EMI. In addition to a wider power supply input range (3V to 18V versus 1.5V to 10V for the TC7660), the TC7662A can source output currents as high as 40mA. The on-board oscillator operates at a nominal frequency of 12kHz. Operation below 12kHz (for lower supply current applications) is also possible by connecting an external capacitor from OSC to ground. The TC7662A directly is recommended for designs requiring greater output current and/or lower input/ output voltage drop. It is available in 8-pin PDIP and CERDIP packages in commercial and extended temperature ranges.

TCA965B IC – Window Discriminator IC

1,209.50
The window discriminator compares an input voltage to a defined voltage window. The digital outputs show whether the input voltage is below, within or above this window. The TCA 965 B window discriminator is especially suitable as a tracking or compensating controller with a dead band in control engineering and for the selection of DC voltages within a certain tolerance of the required setpoint value in measurement engineering. When it is used as a Schmitt trigger, switching frequencies up to a typical value of 50 kHz are possible.
