This is a 0.047uF - (473)  Ceramic Capacitor  Use this capacitor for power decoupling, having a smooth power in your circuit, timing circuits etc. It is always a good idea to put one of these next to the power pins of a microcontroller.

Tantalum capacitors are a subtype of electrolytic capacitors. They are made of tantalum metal which acts as an anode, covered by a layer of oxide which acts as the dielectric, surrounded by a conductive cathode.
