OP177 Ultra-Precision Operational Amplifier IC DIP-8 Package

149.86
The OP177 features one of the highest precision performance of any operational amplifier currently available. Offset voltage of the OP177 is only 25 ?V maximum at room temperature. The ultralow VOS of the OP177 combines with the exceptional offset voltage drift (TCVOS) of 0.3 ?V/?C maximum to eliminate the need for external VOS adjustment and increases system accuracy over temperature. The OP177 open-loop gain of 12 V/?V is maintained over the full ?10 V output range. CMRR of 130 dB minimum, PSRR of 120 dB minimum, and maximum supply current of 2 mA are just a few examples of the excellent performance of this operational amplifier. The combination of outstanding specifications of the OP177 ensures accurate performance in high closed-loop gain applications.

PCF8583P Real Time Clock (RTC) and Calendar IC DIP-8 Package

820.10
The PCF8583 is a clock and calendar chip, based on a 2048 bit static CMOS1 RAM organized as 256 words by 8 bits. Addresses and data are transferred serially via the two-line bidirectional I2C-bus. The built-in word address register is incremented automatically after each written or read data byte. Address pin A0 is used for programming the hardware address, allowing the connection of two devices to the bus without additional hardware. The built-in 32.768 kHz oscillator circuit and the first 8 bytes of the RAM are used for the clock, calendar, and counter functions. The next 8 bytes can be programmed as alarm registers or used as free RAM space. The remaining 240 bytes are free RAM locations.

PCF8591 8-Bit Analog to Digital A/D and Digital to Analog D/A Converter IC DIP-16 Package

702.10
The PCF8591 is a single-chip, single-supply low-power 8-bit CMOS data acquisition device with four analog inputs, one analog output and a serial I2C-bus interface. Three address pins A0, A1 and A2 are used for programming the hardware address, allowing the use of up to eight devices connected to the I2C-bus without additional hardware. Address, control and data to and from the device are transferred serially via the two-line bidirectional I2C-bus.The functions of the device include analog input multiplexing, on-chip track and hole function, 8-bit analog-to-digital conversion and an 8-bit digital-to-analog conversion. The maximum conversion rate is given by the maximum speed of the I2C-bus.

The PS2801-4 are optically coupled isolators containing a GaAs light emitting diode and an NPN silicon photo transistor in a plastic SSOP for high density applications. This package has shield effect to cut off ambient light.

REF01 IC – 10V Precision Voltage Reference IC

159.30
The REF01 is industry-standard precision voltage references. The stable 10V output of the REF01 can be adjusted over a ?6% range with minimal effect on temperature stability. The 10V REF01 has a single-supply operation over an input voltage range of 13V to 33V. The devices offer a low-current drain of 1mA.

REF02 IC – 5V Precision Voltage Reference IC

153.40
The REF02 are industry-standard precision voltage references. The 5V output REF02 can also be adjusted over a ?6% range. The 5V REF02 has a single-supply operation over an input voltage range of 7V to 33V. Both devices offer a low-current drain of 1mA. The REF02 also provides a TEMP pin whose output voltage varies linearly with temperature, making this device suitable for a wide variety of temperature-sensing and control applications. For new designs, refer to the MAX6035 or MAX6143 data sheets.

REF03 IC – 2.5V Precision Voltage Reference IC

194.70
The REF03 precision voltage reference provides a stable 2.5 V output, with minimal change for variations in supply voltage, ambient temperature, or loading conditions. Single-supply operation over an input voltage range of 4.5 V to 33 V with a current drain of 1 mA and good temperature stability is achieved using an improved band gap design. Primarily targeted at price sensitive applications, the REF03 is available in plastic mini DIPs and surface-mount small outline plastic packages. For improved performance or ?40?C to +125?C operation, see the ADR03 data sheet.
