An electronic switch is an electronic component or device that can switch an electrical circuit, interrupting the current or diverting it from one conductor to another. 8 position or 8 in 1, Dual In-Line Package (DIP) SPDT slide switch, namely the more traditional toggle switch is a set of electrical switches which is packed in a small box or housing.
