P80C51 Microcontroller – 8 Bit – 40 Pin

194.70
The 80C51 has separate address spaces for program and data memory. The Program memory can be up to 64k bytes long. The lower 4k can reside on-chip. Figure 1 shows a map of the 80C51 program memory. The 80C51 can address up to 64k bytes of data memory to the chip. The MOVX instruction is used to access the external data memory. The 80C51 has 128 bytes of on-chip RAM, plus a number of special function Registers (SFRs). The lower 128 bytes of RAM can be accessed either by direct addressing (MOV data addr) or by indirect addressing (MOV @Ri).

P89V51RD2 Microcontroller

761.10
The P89V51RD2 is an 80C51 microcontroller by NXP (Phillips) with 64 kB Flash and 1024 bytes of data RAM. A key feature of the P89V51RD2 is its X2 mode option. The design engineer can choose to run the application with the conventional 80C51 clock rate (12 clocks per machine cycle) or select the X2 mode (6 clocks per machine cycle) to achieve twice the throughput at the same clock frequency. Another way to benefit from this feature is to keep the same performance by reducing the clock frequency by half, thus dramatically reducing the EMI.

? Provides year, month, day, weekday, hours, minutes, and seconds based on a 32.768 kHz quartz crystal

PCF8583P Real Time Clock (RTC) and Calendar IC DIP-8 Package

820.10
The PCF8583 is a clock and calendar chip, based on a 2048 bit static CMOS1 RAM organized as 256 words by 8 bits. Addresses and data are transferred serially via the two-line bidirectional I2C-bus. The built-in word address register is incremented automatically after each written or read data byte. Address pin A0 is used for programming the hardware address, allowing the connection of two devices to the bus without additional hardware. The built-in 32.768 kHz oscillator circuit and the first 8 bytes of the RAM are used for the clock, calendar, and counter functions. The next 8 bytes can be programmed as alarm registers or used as free RAM space. The remaining 240 bytes are free RAM locations.

PCF8591 8-Bit Analog to Digital A/D and Digital to Analog D/A Converter IC DIP-16 Package

702.10
The PCF8591 is a single-chip, single-supply low-power 8-bit CMOS data acquisition device with four analog inputs, one analog output and a serial I2C-bus interface. Three address pins A0, A1 and A2 are used for programming the hardware address, allowing the use of up to eight devices connected to the I2C-bus without additional hardware. Address, control and data to and from the device are transferred serially via the two-line bidirectional I2C-bus.The functions of the device include analog input multiplexing, on-chip track and hole function, 8-bit analog-to-digital conversion and an 8-bit digital-to-analog conversion. The maximum conversion rate is given by the maximum speed of the I2C-bus.

PIC12F508 Microcontroller

80.24
The PIC12F508 from Microchip Technology is low-cost, high-performance, 8-bit, fully-static, Flash-based CMOS microcontroller. They employ a RISC architecture with only 33 single-word/single-cycle instructions. All instructions are single cycle (200 ?s) except for program branches, which take two cycles. The PIC12F508 device deliver performance an order of magnitude higher than their competitors in the same price category. The 12-bit wide instructions are highly symmetrical, resulting in a typical 2:1 code compression over other 8-bit microcontrollers in its class. The easy to use and easy to remember instruction set reduces development time significantly.

PIC12F510 Microcontroller

89.68
The PIC12F510 device is low-cost, high-performance, 8-bit, fullystatic, Flash-based CMOS micro controllers. They employ a RISC architecture with only 33

PIC12F629 Microcontroller

116.82
The PIC12F629 has a 13-bit program counter capable of addressing an 8K x 14 program memory space. The data memory is partitioned into two banks, which contain the General Purpose Registers and the Special Function Registers. The register file is organized as 64 x 8 in the PIC12F629 device. Each register is accessed, either directly or indirectly, through the File Select Register FSR. There are as many as six general purpose I/O pins available. Depending on which peripherals are enabled, some or all of the pins may not be available as general purpose I/O. In general, when a peripheral is enabled, the associated pin may not be used as a general purpose I/O pin.
